Welcomes therapist Sebastian Arbondo
March 1st to April 15th

Sebastián began practicing yoga and Chinese martial arts in 1994 in Uruguay.
He took a three years course in traditional Hatha and Raja yoga at the "Holistic Association For Human Superation"in Montevideo.
At the age of 19 he started teaching, four years later he moved to Barcelona, Spain and opened with his brother and his sister in law "Alquimia centre" a school dedicated to the teachings of martial arts, yoga and meditation.

His interest in healing moved him to study acupuncture and massage for four years in Tian school of Traditional Chinese medicine in Madrid, also trained two years with the World champion of Tai chi chen, Jose Luis Serra in Barcelona and also studied traditional Thai massage at the "old medicine hospital" in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Later on, while teaching a workshop in Finland he discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and he started combining his Hatha with ashtanga yoga practice. He had learned from many major teachers of ashtanga as David Swenson, Petri Raisaman, Rolf Naujokat and William Hotby among others.
In 2004 he started travelling around Asia, settled down in Osaka for three years and taught workshops and teacher training courses all over Japan.
Also together with spirit Yoga Studio he started hosting teachers and organizing workshops for internationally recognized teachers as Louisa Sear and David Swenson, Patrick Oancia and Tarik Tami.
Sebastián s classes are designed to build a strong, focus and non-competitive atmosphere together with a precise body alignment.
