RESIDENT AND NON-RESIDENT RATES
1st January 2008 to 31st December 2008

Non-Resident Rates per person U.S.$ (VAT inclusive)
$170 Main House Suites meals and accommodation
$130 Garden Suites meals and accommodation
$100 Day room with dinner Main House Suites
$80 Day Room with Dinner Garden Suites
$30 single supplement. (Applied only if more than two singles)
$25 holiday supplement. (Applied on 24th, 25th and 31st of December)
Children sharing room with adults: Under 5 years free, 5 -12 years half price.

E.A. Resident Rates per person U.S.$ (VAT inclusive)
Subject to availability:
$120 Full-board accomodation for Main House Suites.
Garden Suites.
$100 Full-board accommodation (Includes: All meals, morning coffee, afternoon teas)
$90 Full-board for each of three or more consecutive nights.
$88 Half-board accommodation. (Includes: Breakfast and dinner only)
$60 day room with dinner.
$12 Lunch or Lunch Box.
$18 Dinner.
$30 Single Supplement. (Applied only if more than two singles)
$25 Holiday Supplement (Applied on 24th,25th and 31st December)

Reservations:
Tim, Harold and Joel will deal with your reservations.
Tim or Mike will be pleased to answer any queries or help with special requirements.
To make a provisional reservation either telephone or e-mail with your name, phone number, e-mail address, fiscal address, reservation dates and any special requirements.
Dinner, lunch and meetings may be arranged for groups not staying at the lodge as a special requirement, subject to availability, please call Tim Leach for prior arrangements.
Payments:
Your reservation will be confirmed upon a $50 per person per night deposit four weeks prior to the reserved date and the final payment must be by cash or travellers cheque on arrival to the lodge.
Non-compliance to the deposit required may lead to a cancellation of your reservation.
A bank to bank money transfer can be made to the bank details provided with the pro-forma invoice you will receive after making a reservation.
