RESIDENT AND NON-RESIDENT RATES
1st January 2009 to 31st December 2009

Non-Resident Rates per person U.S.$ (VAT inclusive)

Main House Suites - $200 Full-board (meals and accommodation) - $100 Day room with dinner
Garden Suites - $150 Full-board (meals and accommodation) - $130 Full-board for each of three or more consecutive nights
$135 Half-board accomodation - $115 Half-board for each of three or more consecutive nights.
$80 Day Room with dinner
$65 Single Supplement
$35 Holiday Supplement (Applied on 24th, 25th and 31st December)
$15 Lunch or Lunch Basket
$20 Dinner
$80 One way transfer to or from KIA and Arusha, up to 5 pax
$130 One way transfer by bus to or from KIA and Arusha, up to 25 pax

Garden Suites - $125 Full-board (meals and accommodation) - $110 Full-board for each of three or more consecutive nights
$110 Half-board accommodation - $95 Half-board for each of three or more consecutive nights
$70 day room with dinner
$50 Single Supplement
$15 Lunch or Lunch Box
$20 Dinner
$25 Holiday Supplement (Applied on 24th, 25th and 31st December)

Children sharing room with adults: Under 5 years free, 5 -12 years half price.

Harold and Joel will deal with your reservations.
Tim or Mike will be pleased to answer any queries or help with special requirements.
To make a provisional reservation either telephone or e-mail with your name, phone number, e-mail address, fiscal address, reservation dates and any special requirements.
Payments:
Your reservation will be confirmed upon a 50% deposit 45 days prior to the reserved date and the final payment must be by Master card, cash or travellers cheque on arrival to the lodge.
Non-compliance to the deposit required may lead to a cancellation of your reservation.
A bank to bank money transfer can be made to the bank details provided with the pro-forma invoice you will receive after making a reservation.
